How long after ordering will I receive my product?
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders will take between 1 and 2 days after fulfillment. We do not deliver on Sundays. We fulfill orders same day and they are collected next day by Royal Mail.
Are payments secure?
Yes all payments are secure with SSL security through Shopify payments. In addition your payments are secured through Vias, Mastercard and Paypal. We are a UK Limited Company registered for V.A.T.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to U.K Free and we also ship internationally except the U.S.A.
Can I make changes to my order?
Please email the Notostrapstore team: hello@notostrapstore.com and we’ll see what we can do for you based on the stage of your order. If your order has not been dispatched we can usually update and change straps if required. We’re unable to cancel any orders that have been fulfilled.
Can I get an invoice?
You will be supplied with full details upon order. Should you require a full business invoice then please contact our support department.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a no quibble 30 day delight guarantee. If your strap isn't perfect, get in touch and we can arrange a return and refund.
I’ve not received my delivery - what do I do?
You should contact Royal Mail first, using the tracking number and they will be able to locate your package but if not give us a shout and we will assist you to find it and get it delivered.
I received the package but it is damaged - what happens now?
Please contact us and we will be able to assist.
How do you ship?
We send all U.K orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 so your order typically arrives within 1-2 working days. We send all International orders Standard Tracked and Signed For Letter by Royal Mail which typically takes up to 10 working days.
Do you ship overseas?
We certainly do! Lots of our customers are from Europe, Middle East and Australia. Due to ridiculous trademarks in the USA, we don't ship or sell there currently. If you think you might not be eligible contact us here.
Is all shipping free?
Yes! We are one of the only watch strap stores that offer free shipping in the U.K on all of our products. However, international shipping is free for orders over £25.99 and can take up to 3 weeks depending on location. You will be able to track the order a few days after the order is placed.
