Love my new work watch and as a builder I appreciate it's ability to take a knock or two. It's very comfortable to wear and keeps great time. I have emailed you as I did not receive the spring bar tool which is no biggie as I won't be changing the strap just yet.
I was after a simple, practical and comfortable watch, with just hands and dials. This watch ticks all the boxes. Well built with a comfortable and strong strap. Definitely recommend

After a very brief immersion in water while washing a shirt the watch filled with water. It was advertised as being waterproof. This turned out to be very far from the truth. The two alternatives are that this product was never water resistant or I have a rogue product. Either way I am very disappointed with the watch.

Value for money I have never owned a better watch! Quality of case, dial is amazing for the price and it's a proper beater that you won't mind getting marked up a bit, unlike more expensive field watches. Customer service from Kristian is also second to none! I highly recommend this watch and company!
Great watch. I usually wear cheap and nasty watches so I have no fear of getting them damaged but I fancied an upgrade. I was drawn to the field watches but didn't want to blow £200 and be scared to wear it. I like how quiet the watch is and it seems to be really accurate so far. The luminous dials and hands are a nice feature aswell. I've wore it every day since I got it, the strap is comfortable and I love that the excess strap doesn't flap about and can be tucked in. Bought a new black strap for it, would be cool if you had a choice of strap colour when purchasing. I'd recommend this watch to anyone looking for a sturdy companion for everyday use. :)
It's a terrible photo but let's be clear, this is watch is so cool my son wanted one ... so this is actually the second one I've bought. Smart, stylish and it just gets on with the job in hand. Great piece of kit.

What a good watch, I got it as a watch for work and I haven't taken it off yet.
Got this as a holiday watch for my husband but seriously thinking of keeping it for myself because I LOVE it (he does too... unfortunately).
Great watch, quick delivery - light but robust. Perfect for all my adventures out on the bike!
As a G10 look alike it's pretty good and I Iike it, the sweep habd gives it a slightly retro look. It suits all the straps I bought for it and the with the brown leather is likely to become a work day favourite. The lume doesn't work as well as it could; this not a problem for me as my days of night working are gone, but if you need lume it's a factor to consider.
I bought the daily beater to add to my collection. I've worn it for 5 days straight while on a trip away in the north pennines bike riding. I came across it by accident while browsing the net looking at watches and just had to have one. The build,fit and finish and the comfort of wearing this watch is brilliant. The seiko movement works a treat and holds time perfectly. The second hand moves similar to an automatic too which I love. The dial is clear and clean and very easy to read. Screw down crown,100 metres water resistant and sapphire crystal what more could I want. I'm very very happy with the watch and so glad I came across it. The strap the watch came with is very comfortable, looks the part and works as it should. I've also purchased another strap from here that's still on its way to change the look when I feel like it. I'm very happy and the watch is highly recommended by me.

it's sturdy, comfortable, with good illumination - perfect for my outdoor sports, fishing, mountain biking and hiking..just the right size for my thin wrists, keeps excellent time and I like the smooth sweep of the second hand.
I’ve got a love hate relationship with this watch. I love it as it’s such a nice piece with the sapphire glass and the screw down crown. I hate it because it has made all my other watches obsolete, even ones 10 times the price of the daily beater. It’s my got to watch for work knowing that i can replace it for a few quid. It’s standing up really well. If you’re on the fence about getting one, don’t be, just buy it you won’t be disappointed. Also keeps amazing time, I actually set some of my automatics by it

This watch is a great alternative to the more expensive brands field watches all my work colleagues like my watch they all think it looks like a Hamilton field watch but the look on their faces when I told the price they liked it very much I will be ordering another one soon great design looks like an original ww2 soldiers watch and the price is very good 👍

This is a great watch! It's incredible value but a really good watch at many times the price. The quartz movement is the best of both worlds, grab and go convenience masquerading as a mechanical. It looks superb as well, I love the sterile dial, aged lume, 24hr markings and sand blasted case. It's everything a field watch should be. Now all kristian has to do is make the perfect military diver and we're all sorted

Having been a watch collector for over 40 years i am always on a look out for another military inspired watch. Owning many Hamilton khaki watches i was excited to see this watch from Kristian. I’ve been on the look out for a Benrus style for quite some time but everyone has been a poor representation until now! This watch is very well made, case finishing and dial printing is superb 👌 and the 4 ticks a second really give the watch a manual wind vibe. This watch is an absolute bargain imo. Really hoping Kristian brings out other iconic watches in the future. I have used Notostrapstore for a while now as the straps and service are always top quality! Highly recommended 👍

This watch looks brilliant & is definitely worth the cost. Fast delivery & item as described. I've put new strap on in grey to match the case, not keen on green. I must recommend this seller for keeping me updated of delivery times.

I've always loved the look of the Hamilton khaki field and when I compared The Daily Beater and viewed it's specs, for the price I had to pull the trigger! I've pared the watch with a Hirsch rally strap with black stitching and brushed finished buckle. I think together they provide a great vintage vibe! I received the watch on the 25th February packaged well and in good condition. I set the time to the second using the atomic clock. On Wednesday 5th March, writing this review, it's only lost 3 seconds, accuracy wise is within spec so far. Overall I'm made up with this purchase and really enjoy wearing the watch, and looking at it even when I'm not checking the time!...X.
Great watch for travel; such a reasonable price for a watch that I can loose even though I don’t want to. It’s great value.
I am now the proud possessor of a Daily Beater watch, which I must say matches its’ description and exceeded my expectations. I wondered if the size might be a little small for my 7.5” wrist, but as can be seen from the pictures (and against my 40mm Clearance Diver for comparison) it is just right! The bead blasted finish is ideal for day to day use, the Seiko Instruments movement mimics a mechanical one as far as a semi ‘sweep’ second hand goes, and it is light and comfortable on the wrist. I have tried it on various straps, and being an eternal optimist (idiot?😎) am currently wearing it on an Oatmeal ‘Summit’ strap (one of my favourite designs - try them!) to get ready for our Summer - if we ever have one again! 😂 The Lume is there, but doesn’t rival the Seiko Monster (what does?), and as I’m normally asleep through the night I don’t normally have an irresistible desire to check the time at 03:30 in the morning, so I can accept that it works. All in all, an excellent little watch at a bargain price. Kristian has got a winner here I think - for the price of Haddock and Chips for a family of four, what’s not to like? Give it a try / I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. 🤞

Very clear and easy to read face. Seems robustly made, but not heavy or noticeably heavy on the wrist. Lovely watch - thank you.
Good watch, some sharp edges inside the lugs but doesn’t impact on wearing. I will probably change the strap at some stage. I think I would have preferred to buy the watch and select a strap as an option. Having said all this, absolutely no regrets on the purchase and would definitely recommend to anyone.
Love the Daily Beater, it's a great watch. Just wish all the straps were a little longer length.
